1 General Provisions & Definitions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between 08bet ("Platform", "we", "us") and any individual or entity ("User", "you") who uses the services of 08bet.

The key terms used in these Terms carry the following meanings:

• "Platform" — The 08bet website, mobile application, and all related digital services.
• "User" — Any individual who has created an account or accessed the Platform.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each individual may open only one account. Operating multiple accounts under the same name, from the same device, or using the same payment method is prohibited. Violating this rule will result in closure of all associated accounts and funds may be forfeited.

2.3 Registration Terms

When opening an account, you agree that:

• All information you provide is accurate, complete, and up to date.
• You are acting on your own behalf, not on behalf of any other person.
• You are using the Platform for legitimate financial and legal purposes.
• Online gaming is not legally prohibited in your area.

3 Account Management & Security

It is entirely your responsibility to ensure the security of your account. Keep your password confidential and never share it with any third party. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.

The account holder is responsible for all activities carried out after logging into their 08bet account, until they contact us to report unauthorized use. Failure to submit required documents for identity verification may result in temporary account restrictions.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit Terms

08bet supports the following payment methods for users in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (including major commercial banks such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank).

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (per method).
• Deposited funds must come from legitimate sources only.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.
• Deposited funds will be credited to the account once the transaction is processed.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The main conditions for withdrawals are as follows:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes.
• Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be delayed until identity verification is complete.
• If wagering requirements on any bonus are not met before withdrawal, the bonus amount will be deducted.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering

08bet complies with all applicable anti-money laundering policies. Accounts may be subject to investigation in cases of suspicious financial activity, and transactions may be temporarily suspended.

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

08bet offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳15,000. To be eligible to withdraw the bonus, a 25x wagering requirement must be met.

For example:

• ৳1,000 deposit → ৳1,000 bonus → total balance ৳2,000; bonus winnings become withdrawable after wagering ৳1,000 × 25 = ৳25,000.
• ৳32,000 deposit → ৳15,000 bonus → total balance ৳47,000.

The wagering requirement is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each user may claim each bonus offer only once.
• Bonus funds can be used to place bets, but cannot be withdrawn directly until the wagering requirements are met.
• Bonus offers may have specific expiry dates; any unused bonus will be cancelled after expiry.
• 08bet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time.
• If evidence of bonus system abuse is found, the bonus will be forfeited.

5.3 VIP Program

08bet's VIP program has 5 tiers, each offering various benefits including weekly cashback:

• Bronze — up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Silver — up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Gold — up to 0.9% weekly cashback.
• Platinum — up to 1.2% weekly cashback.
• Diamond — up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

VIP tier progression is based on consistent and active usage. 08bet reserves the right to set specific conditions for each tier and to modify them as needed.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 General Betting Terms

The following general rules apply when placing bets on 08bet:

• Once confirmed, a bet cannot be cancelled or changed.
• If a bet is not recorded correctly due to a technical issue, that bet will be considered void.
• In the event of a dispute over any event outcome, 08bet's decision will be considered final.
• If suspicious betting patterns are detected, the relevant bets may be suspended or cancelled.

6.2 Sports Betting

For sports betting, all outcomes are determined based on the official announcements of the relevant sports authority. If a match is abandoned, postponed, or incomplete, the result will be determined according to the prevailing rules.

6.3 Casino Games

Casino games are operated according to the rules of the respective game provider (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, Spribe, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, and others). In the event of any dispute, game logs and server records will be considered the definitive evidence.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 08bet:

• Attempting to influence betting outcomes through collusion with other users.

Involvement in any of the above activities will result in immediate account closure, and applicable legal action may be taken.

All content on the 08bet website and platform — logos, designs, software, text, graphics, audio, and video materials — is owned by or properly licensed to 08bet. No user may reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially use these materials without prior written permission.

9 Limitation of Liability

08bet will not be held liable for the following:

• Loss of bets or games due to internet disconnection or technical errors.
• Account information being exposed due to the user's own negligence.
• Issues on third-party game provider platforms.
• Consequences of using the services in violation of applicable local laws.

10 Account Closure & Suspension

10.1 Closure by 08bet

08bet may close or suspend a user's account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms.
• Evidence of fraudulent or suspicious activity.
• Failure to verify age or confirm identity.
• Extended period of inactivity.

10.2 Closure by the User

11 Dispute Resolution
